Pakistani Religious School Students

US missiles hit North Waziristan school, in North-western Pakistan, killing eight students. They were apparently aimed at the house of a Taleban leader, called Jalaluddin Haqqani, but the pilotless US drones misidentified their target and hit the religious school.

The US authorities have made no comment on the incident yet, while the Pakistani army is closely looking into the matter in order to establish exactly how things happened. Read More…

Bomb Attack in Pakistan

Taleban troops are not wanted in Pakistan but they do not want to leave. It is a situation that can cause only even more violence.

The Orakzai tribal region, near the Afghan border, has been organizing meeting to establish eviction measures for the Taleban army. As expected, they fought back by planting a suicide car bomb at the meeting site, which caused the death of 20 and more than 60 injured.
