Loads of files, a million of tasks and impossible deadlines… Everyday chores from work can push us on the edge of patience and at a thin limit of supportability. All these lead to stress. Nowadays we live and work in a very stressful environment, where we have to be fast and efficient. The question is: how do we handle stress? How do we manage to cope with stress, in order to succeed professionally and keep ourselves mentally and physically healthy?
