Autumn is here… and with it, the season of catching colds or even the flu. If you catch a cold during autumn, it is important to know that you can treat it in a very natural way, without any drugs or antibiotics.

 

Since autumn is a season that offers so many fruits, you can start your natural treatment by tasting all these goodies like: nuts, grapes, apples, quinces… All these fruits allow your body to absorb the necessary vitamins directly from the “main provider” – Mother Nature.

If your cold is accompanied by a sore throat, try some honey with some fresh lemon juice. And while you’re at it, ask your dear life partner to give it to you little by little, tea-spoon by tea-spoon.
